Think Ahead+ is distributed under the Shareware system and is not in the Public Domain. Thus this program is Copyright©1985, 1994 Keith J. Lambert, All Rights Reserved Worldwide. 

Please take 30 days to evaluate this program. If you find yourself enjoying the game and decide to keep it in your collection, you are required to send a $15 (U.S.) registration fee to this author at the address below so that more quality products can be developed and distributed this way. You must purchase a separate copy of Think Ahead+ for each computer it is used on.

If you are registering from outside of the U.S. or Canada, please include an extra $2.00 for the additional postage. I will send you a disk with the latest version of the program and the Registration Code which allows you to enable all the features of the program. I will also include “Shareware” copies of my other games: Mystery Box and Strike Force! for your examination. Please pass on copies of Think Ahead+ in its “Shareware” state to your friends and neighbors.

Distribution (Sale and Profit Clause)

Think Ahead+ may be distributed widely in a “Shareware” state as long as the program (including all credit and information screens), Sound file and the accompanying stand-alone documentation remain unchanged and are distributed together. It may not be distributed for any reason in its “Registered” state. It may not be sold or offered for sale or “INCLUDED” with any other product that is offered for sale, except with the express written permission of the author (Keith J. Lambert). This includes the so-called “Public domain / Shareware” disks, CD-ROMs or hard disk drives containing “Public domain/Shareware” which are sold commercially or for profit. If you want to include Think Ahead+ on such a volume, contact me for written permission. Include information about your company and your distribution plan (i.e. supply a sample catalog or disk). I did not write this program for the profit of another person or company. Again, the “Registered” version of Think Ahead+ may not be distributed at all under any circumstances. Its use is strictly limited to the person to whom it is registered.
 
Note: National services such as Compuserve, GEnie, America Online, and BBS's which charge a fee for membership but not for each download; are specifically excluded from this “sale and profit” clause as are all non-profit, valid Macintosh User Groups which may go ahead and post Think Ahead+ only in its “Shareware” state.
